Quick answer

vMira production now runs on OVH BHS5 dedicated infrastructure.

The previous platform layout was working, but it had two limitations that mattered for the workloads we want to ship next:

  • Latency for North American users — the new location is in Beauharnois, Quebec, which puts us inside the latency envelope for both US east coast and Canada.
  • Data plane control — we run our own Postgres, our own Redis, and the model-side tool servers without the surcharge of every byte going through a multi-tenant CDN.

The migration was a hot-swap with no user-visible downtime; if anything has felt sluggish or off since, please file an issue from the Help menu.
